How the technology works
Modes: ActiveFX (superficial fractional — tone/pigment/fine lines), DeepFX (deep fractional microcolumns for wrinkles and acne scars), TotalFX (both), SCAAR FX (very high-energy pulses to ~4mm for hypertrophic, burn, traumatic scars).
Defining trait: very high pulse energy in short pulses — more ablation with less unwanted heat spread than lower-powered CO2s. Also serves surgical and gyn uses via dedicated delivery devices.
Patented technology
UltraPulse is high-peak-power short-pulse CO2 delivery — enough energy per pulse to vaporize cleanly before heat diffuses.
SCAAR FX (Synergistic Coagulation and Ablation for Advanced Resurfacing) is ultra-high-energy fractional pulses penetrating several times deeper than standard fractional CO2 — thick fibrotic scars no other aesthetic CO2 reaches.
