Report a data error

Every figure we publish is a researched estimate with a verification date attached. When a number is wrong we want the correction, whoever it comes from — owner, manufacturer, distributor or competitor.

1. Step 1

   Tell us the exact field

   Device page URL plus the field you are disputing — new price range, FDA status, K-number, consumable cost, chain pairing, ownership.

2. Step 2

   Send the source

   A quote, invoice, FDA database record, ARTG entry, price list or manufacturer document. We do not change a published figure on assertion alone.

3. Step 3

   We verify and log it

   Accepted corrections are applied to the record, the verification date is reset, and the change is written to that device's change history.
