Report a data error

Our catalog contains sourced facts, qualified estimates and fields that still need verification. Check each figure’s source, date and scope. If you find an error, send the correction — whether you are an owner, manufacturer, distributor or competitor.

1. Step 1

   Tell us the exact field

   Device page URL plus the field you are disputing — new price range, FDA status, K-number, consumable cost, chain pairing, ownership.

2. Step 2

   Send the source

   A quote, invoice, FDA database record, ARTG entry, price list or manufacturer document. We do not change a published figure on assertion alone.

3. Step 3

   We verify and log it

   Accepted corrections update the supported fields and their source notes. Material changes are recorded in the device's history with a date and reason. Correcting one field does not verify the rest of the profile.
