Review submissions are moderated and, once approved, published on the relevant device profile — your reviewer name and business name may appear publicly.

We share lead details with the manufacturers, distributors, or financing partners relevant to the specific request you submitted, and with service providers who host our infrastructure and send email on our behalf.

Submissions are stored in our hosted database with access restricted to site administrators. We keep lead records for as long as needed to service your inquiry and meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you submitted, or to withdraw a published review, by contacting us through the request form on any device page. We will honour verified requests within a reasonable time.
