Two independent handpiece rollers with 21+ micro-holes per roller knead skin into hundreds of tiny micro-alveoli per second — high-resolution mechanized massage of skin and superficial connective tissue, with low-level laser (915nm) and LED added for a photobiomodulation assist.
The supported effects are the ones on its FDA clearance: temporary improvement of local blood circulation, relief of minor muscle aches, temporary reduction in the appearance of cellulite.
Decades of endermologie-adjacent literature support measurable but modest, reversible improvements in texture and circumference; claims of permanent fat reduction outrun the evidence. Expect regression without maintenance.
