A cylinder of 55 rotating silicone spheres applies rhythmic compression plus low-frequency vibration as it rolls over tissue — mechanically, sophisticated standardized deep massage.
That plausibly drives the observed effects: improved circulation, lymphatic drainage, temporary edema reduction, smoother-looking skin across a series. Published evidence is sparse and mostly small or manufacturer-adjacent; independent RCTs are lacking, and muscle-toning/lasting-circumference claims outrun the data.
Practitioner and client-reported de-puffing and texture results are consistent enough to support the service menu — as a temporary, maintenance-dependent outcome. AK Face applies the same mechanism at lower intensity for facial drainage.
