How the technology works
Pulsed Nd:YAG laser lipolysis delivering three wavelengths — 1064nm, 1320nm, 1440nm — through a fiber threaded down a small cannula under the skin.
Laser energy ruptures fat cell membranes (photothermal lipolysis), coagulates small vessels for less bruising, and heats the underside of the dermis for collagen contraction. Liquefied fat is aspirated or, in tiny areas, left for the body to clear.
Net effect: liposuction with somewhat less blood loss and a mild tightening bonus; surgeons debate whether the tightening beats tumescent lipo alone.
Patented technology
MultiPlex blends/sequences the three wavelengths in one pulse train; SmartSense with ThermaGuide/ThermaView is motion- and temperature-sensing delivery that throttles energy if the fiber stops moving or subdermal temps spike — a real safety feature.
