A cordless pen drives a sterile 14-needle cartridge in rapid vertical oscillation at adjustable depths (~0.25-2.5mm+), creating controlled micro-channels that trigger the wound-healing cascade — inflammation, proliferation, remodeling — and net new collagen and elastin.
Marketed for facial acne scars (adults 22+) and neck wrinkles (FDA status under verification — see our FDA guide); in practice used across texture, fine lines, pores, and as the delivery step for PRP/PRF protocols (off-label). Three to six sessions at 4-6 week intervals; 1-3 days of redness.
