Simultaneous synchronized RF (dermal heating to ~40-42C for collagen/elastin) and HIFES — high-intensity facial electrical stimulation — selectively contracting facial elevator muscles (frontalis, zygomaticus, risorius; submental protocols for under-chin) thousands of times per session.
Claimed to increase muscle density/tone while remodeling collagen: measurable but modest brow/midface lift and wrinkle reduction. Four 20-minute weekly sessions, hands-free applicators, results peak 6-12 weeks post-series.
