InMode EvolveX (Tite/Transform)

The science

Tite uses eight hands-free bipolar RF applicators strapped to the body, heating dermis and subdermal tissue to a controlled target temperature for collagen remodeling and tightening. Tone/Transform adds EMS forcing muscle contractions beyond voluntary effort. Transform fires RF heat and EMS pulses together — skin-quality and muscle-tone effects in one 30-45 minute session. Fat-reduction effect is modest and indirect; this is a tightening/toning device, not a debulker.

Patented tech

Hands-free multi-applicator architecture with per-applicator RF temperature sensing and auto-adjust (continuous thermal feedback holding target temp), plus patient-held call buttons for unattended operation. Transform is synchronized bipolar RF plus EMS in one applicator — clever packaging, not new physics.

Best-fit practice

Medspas with existing InMode gear and a staffing constraint — one tech supervises multiple hands-free treatments. Patients 30-60, near goal weight, postpartum abdomen/arm/flank tightening and toning; poor fit for high-BMI patients expecting inch loss.

Medical director & delegation

Class II RF/EMS; most states allow delegation to RNs or trained aestheticians under a medical director with standing orders — rules vary sharply by state.

Contraindications & screening

Pacemakers/ICDs and any implanted electronic device (EMS is a hard stop), metal implants in the field, pregnancy, active cancer, hernia in the treatment area, impaired sensation.

Warranty & service

1-year standard; InMode's US service network is large but post-warranty contracts are pricey and InMode discounts aggressively on the sales side — negotiate service into the purchase.

Resale & used market

Used EvolveX plentiful at ~$30k-70k depending on applicator count; values sliding as InMode discounts new systems — decent liquidity, expect further depreciation.
