How the technology works
WAL uses a pulsating fan-shaped jet of tumescent solution delivered through the cannula tip to hydraulically separate adipocytes from fibrous stroma while suction removes fat and fluid in the same pass.
Fat is loosened rather than avulsed: studies show reduced bleeding, bruising, and postoperative pain, and the technique needs substantially less infiltration fluid than super-wet tumescent — improving intraoperative contour judgment and shortening recovery.
Critically, WAL-harvested fat shows high adipocyte and stromal-cell viability, underpinning the BEAULI autologous fat-transfer protocol. Commonly done under local/tumescent without general anesthesia.

Human Med's patented pulsed water-jet infiltration-aspiration cannula system, plus the LipoCollector and evo's closed-loop harvesting circuit that filters and collects graft-ready fat sterilely during aspiration.
