How the technology works
Low-level light therapy (photobiomodulation): blue 465nm light generates reactive oxygen that suppresses C. acnes in the follicle; red 640nm and near-infrared 880nm photons are absorbed by cytochrome c oxidase in mitochondria, nudging ATP production, microcirculation, and fibroblast activity.
Clinically: reduced inflammatory acne, modest fine-line improvement with consistent use, faster post-procedure recovery, and temporary muscle/joint pain relief. The panel's flexibility lets it drape close to anatomy — which matters because LED dose falls off steeply with distance.
Sessions 30 minutes, hands-free; results are dose-dependent — series of 8-12, not one-and-done.
Patented technology
The flexible, moldable LED array — flexible-circuit technology descended from NASA-funded LLLT research — that conforms to anatomy to keep diodes close to skin. The three preset modes (ACNE/AGING/PAIN) are firmware programs mixing the same diodes.
