How the technology works
Frequency-doubled Q-switched Nd:YAG: 1064nm and 532nm at ~6ns pulses, up to ~22 J/cm2 at 1064 and 12 at 532, rep to 10Hz. Nanosecond pulses fragment ink photoacoustically; 1064 clears black/brown/dark blue and is safe across skin types; 532 handles red/orange/some yellows.
Also treats benign pigmented lesions. Doesn't do well: green, teal, bright blue — those need 694 or 755nm.
Patented technology
The square flat-top spot (3x3 to 5x5mm) is the real differentiator — even energy distribution with tileable, non-overlapping placement reduces hot-spot blistering and speeds treatment; sub-45-second startup is a workflow perk.
