How the technology works
This is the old Envy Medical SilkPeel/Dermalinfusion platform: a recirculating handpiece with a real diamond-abrasive tip exfoliates mechanically while closed-loop vacuum extracts debris and simultaneously floods the freshly exfoliated channel with topical serum — "exfoliate, extract, infuse" is an accurate description of the mechanics.
Paired SkinMedica Pro-Infusion serums target hydration (HA), brightening, pore clarifying (salicylic), and firming (TNS tie-in). No-downtime with slightly more post-treatment pinkness than fluid-based rivals — clients feel like something happened.
Patented technology
The patented recirculating dermalinfusion handpiece — simultaneous exfoliation, extraction, and serum delivery in a single closed loop through a single-use recovery tip. The serums are standard cosmeceutical chemistry in proprietary cartridges.

US-developed — engineered by Envy Medical in Southern California, folded into Allergan (AbbVie) after the 2019 acquisition.
