The science

Three energy sources: a 10,600nm CO2 (vaporizes tissue — the corrective heavy lifter), a 1570nm fiber laser (heats dermal columns without removing skin — the collagen stimulator with minimal downtime), and an ultrasound module (IMPACT) that pushes topicals into freshly-made channels. The HyGrid handpiece interlaces CO2 and 1570nm micro-spots in a single grid — one pass delivers, say, 30% ablative and 70% non-ablative injury. Treats wrinkles, acne and surgical scars, sun damage and laxity with recovery tunable from a weekend to a week. Conceptually HALO's hybrid logic with CO2 instead of erbium — deeper thermal effect, more downtime headroom at the top end.

Patented tech

HyGrid is the real proprietary piece — co-registered dual-wavelength delivery in one scan pattern rather than two sequential passes; IMPACT ultrasound-assisted delivery is carried over from Alma's surgical line.
