The science

Selective RF at 27.12MHz from a contactless panel array positioned about an inch above the skin, tuned so the impedance mismatch between fat and other tissues concentrates heating in the subcutaneous layer (fat reaches ~44-45C while skin and muscle stay cooler). Sustained heating over a 45-minute session drives adipocyte apoptosis, cleared over weeks. The field spans flank-to-flank — one of the few devices treating the whole abdomen circumferentially in one session. Typically 4-6 weekly sessions; hydration before/after materially affects results.
