Pro Design Plus SAS; built by Elettronica Pagani S.r.l. (Italy) Cryoskin 4.0

Cryoskin, Neveskin, and T-Shock — three lineages, one Italian factory. The Cryoskin trademark belongs to Pro Design Plus SAS of France ("Cryoskin Paris"). Its original devices — Cryoskin 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 — were engineered and manufactured in Italy by Elettronica Pagani S.r.l., with affiliated entity Lumiere S.r.l. handling export of the devices to the US market; import records show both listed as Italian exporters shipping the devices to then-exclusive US distributor Artemis Distribution.

After the distribution relationship broke down, Pro Design and its new distributor sued Artemis, its owner, and Lumiere in federal court over rights to the Cryoskin name (Open Sea Distribution Corp. v. Artemis Distribution, LLC, M.D. Fla., No. 3:20-cv-1440; the court noted the parties never put their IP understanding in writing). The court dismissed Artemis's defamation counterclaims but sent the core trademark dispute toward trial; the case terminated in January 2024 without a public judgment on the trademark claims.

The market today reflects the split: Cryoskin (including the current Cryoskin Revolution) is made in Lyon, France under Pro Design/Cryoskin Paris; the former distributor lineage markets Pagani-derived devices under the Neveskin name; and the Pagani Cryo T-Shock — sold outright rather than by subscription — is distributed in the US by Skin Science Solutions under a separate exclusive arrangement with Pagani, unrelated to Cryoskin Paris.
